Bed King is an independent retailer and has always strived to provide every customer with the best possible sleep solution. They pride themselves on excellent prices, good value, a great range of beds and more, good service and qualified advice.
Bed King approached us to assist with integration. They required us to enable their CRM to integrate with and communicate with Omni. We provided, implemented and trained them on Omni Accounts and integration with the CRM.
The solution was developed in parallel with their CRM and as needs arose, the project requirements were slightly adjusted. The Omni API had to be improved upon on to allow for an extensive and complete integration with the CRM as it was built out. The final solution enables a variety of systems to communicate and transfer data while maintaining data integrity.
We had to ensure the system was built with the ability to view and manage stock info, place orders and reserve stock. Also, if a particular store was out of stock they needed an option to secure delivery to fulfil the order from an alternate store. They were also quite particular about having both accountability and traceability, thus we made sure to accommodate for this with extensive logging.
We continue to work extensively with Bed King providing ongoing Omni Accounts support, discussing and implementing the required expansion, and are in discussions for the creation of additional apps to facilitate reports and user viewer access.
