The Client
CUCV are passionate about assisting young employment candidates and recruitment companies in placing staff. CUCV are pioneering a recruitment system to assist recruitment companies with easy-to-use, comprehensive software to streamline the recruitment process.
The Challenge
CUCV originally came to us with a vision to help the youth of South Africa to get jobs. They wanted to solve the issue by helping the youth to find jobs through the use of video “to make the jobseekers alive to their target market”.
CUCV wanted jobseekers to both be able to search for jobs and upload their “video C.V.” to the platform for free. The job placements they were aiming to assist with were focused mainly on non-professionals in the hospitality, tourism, event management, agricultural, and food or restaurants.
The platform was also to offer recruiters (for a fee) the opportunity to scan jobseekers by watching their short videos. Additionally, the platform was also to provide space for service providers to advertise (for a fee).
The Approach
Having developed the requested solution, we not only maintain it but also have performed updates to the original website. Recently, we updated the existing system to provide a more focused recruitment tool for recruitment agencies.
