Ilse Roux is a very talented, award-winning local dress designer who wanted to create a unique online space in which to interact with her customers. She wanted to convey the sense, through the entire process of dress creation, that each client is receiving her undivided attention in an online space created specifically for them.
Ilse approached us to assist her in building her vision of an online bridal lounge. She envisaged an online presence, with special access for customers to the lounge. She required a website and a business system to help with the management of clients, allowing her to manage and automate her website content. She had quite a specific look and feel in mind and wanted to continue this style across all her marketing collateral.
We began with the online shop, wanting to establish a place for customers seeking dresses without physically entering the store. We wanted to establish a place for customers seeking dresses without physically entering the store. We then built the backend system, consisting of a standard Content Management System and a Customer Relationship Management component. The platform allows Ilse to interact with her clients through the Bridal Lounge. Customers receive special access to the Bridal Lounge. Once in the Bridal Lounge, they can follow the status of their dress and more. Here Ilse can also provide them with additional information on their dress, post photos and make comments.
We have worked on a few branding tasks for Ilse over the years. It has always been of the utmost importance that the marketing aligns with the look and feel of her online presence. Our initial brochure design has been updated and modernised a few times, however, we have always strived to keep close to the original look. We recently had the privilege of designing a beautiful corporate folder for Ilse, which aligns with both her website and brochure, while exuding elegance and modernity.
