The Financial Emporium (TFE) is a team of local financial advisors who see the market differently. It is of particular importance to them that clients see their unusual approach throughout their brand. Their focus is on “the why they do what they do” as opposed to “what we can do for you”. For TFE it is about establishing trust and inspiring confidence in their clients, as each client takes their unique financial journey with TFE’s experience and guidance.
TFE initially approached us to assist them with business automation. They wanted us to develop a business system for them that would ensure efficiency in their business processes and assist in the management thereof. TFE has continued to work with us on a number of branding projects, including their Value Proposition and Financial Journey documents. We most recently did a touch-up on the look and feel of their website.
To get to the heart of TFE we worked through our value proposition process with them. During the process they realized that the importance of what they do lies not with what they offer, but rather why they do what they do. Once this fell into place it became vital to them to convey this through all TFE’s communication and platforms. From this idea the concept that they take each client on a journey to financial freedom was unlocked, which is conveyed throughout their system and branding.
At TFE they felt so strongly about the “why we do what we do”, as opposed to the “what we offer” that they even wanted this applied to Babylon, the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system that we designed and developed for them. Initially the system required a variety of functionality including the management of client data, workflow management, reporting and integration with Microsoft Outlook. With the “why” in mind, we also made some recent enhancements to their system to align it even more closely with their business vision.
