Triple M is the proud distributor of local and international footwear brands to South Africans, through a variety of retail outlets including Shoerama, NextStep and Shoeline.
The Challenge
Triple M has a total of 25 branches all running separate Omni Accounts installations. They approached us to provide, install, implement and integrate their separate Omni installations with their head office.
It was quite challenging to provide for the syncing of data between many branches and ensure that all data was correctly correlated correctly system-wide, but we are proud to say the system has achieved this and more.
The Approach
To facilitate the communication of each of the branches and head office’s installations we used our CarbonConnect solution. CarbonConnect facilitated the communication layer for the accounting systems. This communication layer not only allows the head office to provide stock info down the line, but it also allows each branch to communicate with head office. It facilitates the communication of sales, invoices, returns, new customer data, bank transactions and warehouse transfers between branches to head office.
